These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aura Webs website and the services provided by Aura Webs Limited. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Quotations and Acceptance

Any quotation issued by Aura Webs Limited is valid for the period stated within the quotation unless otherwise specified.
A project shall commence only after the Client has accepted the quotation and any required payment has been received.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all information, content, approvals, credentials, and materials reasonably required for the completion of the project.
Aura Webs Limited shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or failure by the Client to provide required materials.

5. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only.
While Aura Webs Limited will use reasonable efforts to deliver projects within estimated timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6. Revisions

Revision limits shall be determined by the package or proposal accepted by the Client.
Requests outside the original agreed scope of work may require additional fees and revised delivery schedules.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees shall be payable in accordance with the quotation or invoice issued by Aura Webs Limited.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Work may be suspended where payments become overdue.
  • Final deliverables shall not be released until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

8. Refunds

Refunds shall be governed by the Aura Webs Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the Client only after payment has been received in full.

Aura Webs Limited retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, methodologies, templates, source files, software tools, and intellectual property developed prior to final payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client before project completion, Aura Webs Limited reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio and marketing materials.

10. Third-Party Services

Aura Webs Limited may recommend or integrate third-party products or services including, without limitation:

  • Web Hosting Providers
  • Domain Registrars
  • Payment Processors
  • Email Providers
  • Search Engines
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Software Providers

Aura Webs Limited accepts no responsibility for the availability, functionality, security, or performance of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Webs Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of revenue;
  • Loss of business opportunity;
  • Loss of goodwill;
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
  • Service interruptions caused by third parties;
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations;
  • Cybersecurity incidents affecting third-party platforms.

The total liability of Aura Webs Limited arising from any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

Aura Webs Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

  • payment obligations are not fulfilled;
  • fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected;
  • the Client materially breaches these Terms;
  • the Client fails to provide information reasonably necessary to complete the project.

Termination shall not affect any accrued rights or outstanding payment obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
