As most of our services are customised and created specifically for each client, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Aura Webs Limited provides customised digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- E-commerce Development
- Logo & Brand Identity Design
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Digital Marketing
- Website Maintenance
- Software Development
- Graphic Design
- Related Digital Services
Due to the customised nature of these services, they cannot generally be returned once work has commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only where:
- Work has not yet commenced; or
- No concepts, designs, deliverables, or development work have been provided to the Client.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be available where:
- Work has commenced.
- Initial concepts, drafts, designs, or deliverables have been provided.
- The project has been approved or completed.
- Delays are caused by the Client’s failure to provide required information or feedback.
- Hosting, maintenance, SEO, marketing, or other ongoing services have started.
- Third-party costs have already been incurred on the Client’s behalf.
5. Partial Refunds
Where appropriate, Aura Webs Limited may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund based on factors including:
- Work completed.
- Time invested.
- Resources utilised.
- Third-party costs incurred.
6. Project Cancellation
The Client may request cancellation of a project at any time.
Where cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the Client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any refund, if applicable, shall be determined in accordance with this Policy.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact Aura Webs Limited before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to provide relevant documentation, communications, project files, invoices, and evidence of work completed to the applicable payment processor or financial institution in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of current or future services.
8. Changes to this Policy
Aura Webs Limited may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
