1. Digital Services
Aura Webs LLC provides custom digital services. Because these services are personalized and cannot be returned, refunds are limited once work has begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Work has not started; or
- No initial concepts, designs, or deliverables have been provided.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be issued once:
- Work has commenced.
- Any draft, concept, design, or deliverable has been provided.
- A project has been approved or completed.
- Cancellation results from client delays or inactivity.
- Hosting, SEO, marketing, or other ongoing services have begun.
4. Partial Refunds
Where appropriate, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:
- Work completed
- Time invested
- Resources used
5. Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation at any time.
Any work completed prior to cancellation will remain payable. If applicable, any remaining refundable balance will be determined in accordance with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Aura Webs LLC to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of services. Aura Webs LLC reserves the right to submit relevant documentation to the applicable payment processor to dispute any chargeback claim.
